I will donate anything that is left behind to a local charity. It is a shared bath listing; that is, you, a tenant, and I (I live here)will share it. Please be mindful of time when using the bathroom, do makeup and hair in the caravan. Guest assumes all responsibility for their vehicle while it is parked on the street or driveway, to include any tickets, theft, or vandalism. PLEASE turn off AC when you are not home. Non-compliance will accrue a $35 fee per day. Please keep doors and windows closed when the AC is in use. No Washer or Dryer for use. Plan B has a lock on the door, however, as goes with any business, please know that I am not responsible for accident, theft, injury, or illness during your stay. The bed has a memory foam bed with infused green tea gel for comfort. I provide clean linens and bath towels (*BED IS NOT MADE UP UPON ARRIVAL) Shared spaces include living, dining, and kitchen., Kitchen is lite use, Toaster oven, microwave, and keurig only. Kindly clean up after yourself, wash dishes after use, move trash bags to the trash cans outside, at the end of your stay. I have cameras inside my home, and one in front and back yard. Unfortunately Plan B (Caravan) NO JACUZZI USE, Pool: no glass use of any kind, no hair ties left by the pool and only pool toys are allowed in the pool. Pool unavailable from 9:30 PM - 10 AM. I require a short term rental agreement (STR) along with vehicle information (if any) filled and signed by the booking guest along with a copy of their valid government-issued ID, at the time of check-in.
