Just 7 miles from Beaver Stadium this Townhouse is the perfect location to get you to the PSU game early! This is a large three floor unit. There is seating for 12 in the kitchen and there are 2 living rooms and walk out patio. Everything you need to cook a meal or hop over to Bellefonte or State College for a great night out. Cable and wifi included, passcode given at arrival. Cleaning service is provided before and after each stay. Stay! Relax! Enjoy! The space Spacious 1st floor living room with 65 inch tv. Morning room/kitchen area has seating for 12. Central air/heat for your comfort! 3 private bedrooms: 2 with queen beds, one with 2 twin beds and the first floor living room has a single sofa bed with a single trundle. Master bedroom with on suite. Guest access Guests may use All areas of the property except closet in master, garage, and 2nd floor utility closet. Other things to note House Rules:

We ask that you please treat our space with respect and treat it as you would want your home or property treated. If you have or see any issues, please let us know right away so we can make every attempt to resolve them for you. We want you to have the best stay possible. 

- Guests must be over 25 to book and all guests must be registered.
- Unauthorized guests will terminate your stay immediately with no refund.
- Missing items will be charged accordingly.

We do have sleeping arrangements for (8). There are two queen beds and two twin beds on the third floor. The first floor has a twin sofa with a twin trundle underneath. The second floor couch is not for sleeping on. 

Please note - there are two locked Owner's closets ( one on the second floor and one in the master bedroom) that guests will NOT have access to at all during their stay. The garage will also be locked. Please do not try to open or tamper with the locks in any way.
