Search web: WhyILoveSSI. The space This condo is our unique home away from home, and we want you to enjoy it as your memory-building vacation condo. You’ll have it all to yourselves with a fully equipped kitchen, fresh sheets and towels, three cable TVs, and private Wi-Fi. The bathrooms both have shower/tubs. We are always improving our condo. Last year, we've added a child's library, videos, and games for rainy days. Last year, we purchased a new living room couch, new towels, comfortable sheets, and a new dryer. The walk-through closet now has dressing areas with a large mirror and great lighting. All bedrooms have their own mirrors. The second bedroom doubles as a comfortable work area with a 36" x 20" desk, swivel chair, and an 8-outlet protected APC power block. Our private WiFi is now upgraded with the addition of a fast and powerful TP-Link AX20 modem. Zoom virtual backgrounds work well with the room lighting. Although there are two laundromats at Ocean Walk, we have our machines in the condo. There is an HDTV in each bedroom. In the living area, the large screen HDTV has a Blu-Ray player and an HDMI cable to power your devices. We designed for comfortable living and low maintenance. Ocean Walk has public Wi-Fi so you can play and work poolside or in the clubhouse office space (with printer). Bring along fishing gear for the stocked pond. Plenty of free parking, bike racks, and bike tents. Tennis and pickleball courts (both new this year), horseshoe pitch, kids’ playground, and tree swings too. Guest access Our guests have full access to our home with the exception of a single closet. They have access to all the wonderful Ocean Walk facilities such as gym, office center, computer and computer console game room, ping pong, pickleball, tennis, horseshoes, playground, outdoor gas grills, two pools, bike racks. We also have a table-top games collection, CDs, and books for kids. Other things to note This is a second-floor condo with access solely by two sets of sheltered stairs. *No animals of any breed or size* are allowed at any time. Also note that Ocean Walk does not allow EV charging.
