Children discounts available when pre-arranged. We are offering you to enjoy our large and comfortable studio at the exclusive Town Center Hotel & Residences located at the popular Playa Blanca Resort, on the Pacific coast of Panama. The resort is located only 5 km away from the Rio Hato international airport. The space Our professionally decorated studio is bright, airy and very comfortable. It is appointed with top quality furniture and everything you need to feel at home at the beach. The studio is located on the first floor and can be accessed from an elevator. The large balcony offer incredible sunset views that will guarantee you memorable apéro moments. For stays of three nights and more, we offer you access to the private Owners Beach Club of the Costa Blanca Resort, located in nearby Farallón. Guest access Our guests have access to the public section of the lagoon/pool, as well the "toboggan" section and the pool-side restaurant. Unfortunately, the private owners' section of the pool is out of bound to our guests. Guests must bring their own beach towels when staying at the studio. The towels provided are to be used inside the studio only. Guests are allowed to park their cars for free all around the area of the Town Center. You will need to provide us copies of your IDs so we could register you with the security department of the Playa Blanca Resort. Other things to note PLEASE READ THIS IMPORTANT DISCLAIMER: Although quite uncommon, utilities services interruptions do occur in our area. Most interruptions are short, but we have experienced others that lasted days (such as when inspections of repairs needed to be done by the fire department). It's Panama! Should there be any outage (electricity, cable TV, Internet, water or hot water), regrettably, we cannot provide refunds or accept liability for any services interruptions for which we, as hosts, have no control over. However, if any of such interruptions occur we will inform you right away and you will then, if the interruption last more than six hours, have a choice between completing your stay with us without compensation, or leaving for an alternate accommodation - for which we will refund you the remainder of your planned stay. THEREFORE, should you book a stay with us, it will be understood that you fully accept that we will not provide refunds or accept liability for any utilities services interruptions for which we, as hosts, have no control over. We sincerely appreciate your understanding in this matter.
