Alaskan Pipeline place is a cozy two-bedroom home with a piece of Alaskan history in the center! Centrally located very close to downtown Fairbanks and all the major amenities! The Pipeline set in the center of the home was originally a fireplace/pizza oven! However, due to insurance complaints we cannot have guests use the fireplace or pizza oven. Sorry for the inconvenience. This home is a duplex with tenants in the lower unit. Please be mindful and respectful as these tenants are to you. The space Two-bedroom home with one bathroom. 900 sq ft of living space for your stay. Guest access Enter the main level of the house through the front white door located on the deck. Other things to note This house does get warmer during the summer months because of the two big south facing windows, which let in a lot of sun. I am working on solutions to lessen the warmth.
