Dawn Beach Club is located at Oyster Bay just on the dutch side of the Dutch/French border. The resort is perfect for those who enjoy the peace and quiet. A rental car is required to get from Princess Juliana Airport to the resort. Once there you will enjoy the quiet and peaceful surroundings. You can enjoy the infinity pool with swim up bar or the beach on lounge chairs and umbrellas. The space When you and your guests walk into room 1305 at the Dawn Beach Club you will be amazed as to how beautiful, open , bright and airy the 3 bedroom condo is!. The condo is beautifully decorated with turquoise and beiges. Each bedroom has a King Size Bed!! The Main Bedroom has a walkout onto the wrap around balcony with an incredible view of the mountains and the ocean. There is a full size Tv in each Bedroom. The main bedroom has a make up counter, full closet, safe. The bathroom has two sinks, glassed in shower and a private toilet. Each of the other bedrooms are beautifully decorated. Each has a full closet and dresser with plenty of space form clothes. The condo has a full kitchen with stove , full fridge, coffee maker, blender, dishes etc. Around the dining room table is seating for 8. The living room has to comfy couches as you watch TV on a full size screen. Out the sliding door you can enjoy the sun on the wrap around balcony with beautiful views especially at sunrise! Too hot in the sun early afternoon you can sit around the corner on the balcony in the shade! You have covered parking for your rental car keeping it out of the hot sun. An elevator will take you to the top floor. You are in short walking distance to pool and the beach. Guest access Guest have access to the main pool but there is a second pool being built to open soon. Presently the is the Infinity Restaurant which serves breakfast, lunch and dinner. A second restaurant will be opening soon. You can order food from the swim up bar thru out the day. For those of you that need to exercise while you are away there is a guy with plenty of equipment and cardio to keep fit. For those of you who like a challenge at the front gate if you turn left there is a very steep road called Melford Hazel Rd which levels out at the top and then goes down the backside of the hill. Great for those endurance walkers!! Plus great views from the top of beautiful sunrise if you walk it in the morning. Other things to note Around the Dawn Beach Club are several restaurants. Just over the hill in front of the resort on the left is Big Fish. At the bottom the hill on the way out turn right and you will be on the French Side. There is an open air pizza restaurant called Mama Pizza which has a great relaxing vibe. Other Great French Restaurant are available on the French Side. In Philipsburg which is about a 20-30 min drive there are plenty more culinary delight restaurants, plus lots of shopping for all you shopping needs. You are just minutes away from the French side of St. Marrten with incredible French Cuisine Restaurants or take a 20 min drive back into Philipsburg for some shopping and more culinary delight restaurants. Take a drive to Maho Beach and watch the plane fly right over you while you lie on the beach or sit in the bar and watch them as they land. Around the corner is Mullet Bay where you can just go out in the water and just float! For the thrill seeker try The Flying Dutchman the world's steepest zipline from a vertical drop of 1066 for a length of 2538 feet. There are 4 side by side lines!! Take a 2 hour drive around the island from the French side to the Dutch side. Stop in Marigot for lunch or grab a frozen yogurt treat. Take a day trip to Pinel Island $5 will get you across on a ferry boat to the island to picnic, lay on the beach or go swimming. Enjoy the day at Loterie Nature sanctuary on 135 acres with hiking trails & zip lines, plus a bar/eatery & pool/lounge areas. Check in is only on Saturdays.
