This newly remodeled, two bedroom basement apartment with living room, full bath, and kitchenette is located just outside Kansas City. Come relax and recharge in the country while still having quick, easy highway access to what brings you here. One queen bed in one room and a triple bunk bed plus a twin in the other. Our place is perfect for 6 people. The space The entire basement apartment is all yours! Walking in from the entrance, you'll see the brand new kitchenette and dining area to your right. To the left you can relax in the living room where the TV, DVD player, and select DVDs are available, we also have Roku. The first bedroom has one queen bed with memory foam mattress topper. Around the corner you'll find a multi-use nook for kids or kids at heart with toys, games, puzzles, and books to enjoy. In the nook is also a desk for any one to use. From there, the second bedroom has a triple bunkbed and a twin bed. There is a full bathroom with shower/tub, toilet, and two sink vanity. There is also a pack and play available upon request. All are welcome here. Guest access This is a basement apartment with an entrance on the back side of the house. You have access to the whole basement. My husband, myself and three school aged kids live upstairs. Outdoors there are 3 acres of grass, trees and hills to explore and play on. Feel free to go see the chickens but please stay out of the fenced area and coop. Other things to note 12 Minutes to Liberty, 20 minutes to Worlds of fun/Oceans of fun, about 30 minutes to Downtown, the KC Zoo and the Airport. We added a Reverse Osmosis (RO) filtered water system which is the second spigot on the sink in the kitchen.
