The complex is located inside a tranquil gated residential area just a short drive from the sights and attractions in La Paz. There are nearby restaurants, grocery/convenience stores, shopping, and more! A perfect place to stay and make great new memories in La Paz! The main spaces of the 1,125 sq ft (105 sqm) condo: - Comfortable living space with cozy sofas, a TV with streaming services, and direct access to the ocean & pool view balcony – perfect for downtime moments between sightseeing and the beach! Leave the curtains open to welcome lots of natural light into the space. Open the doors to get a nice indoor/outdoor flow of air. The sunset will be breathtaking from there. - The kitchen is well-equipped with granite countertops, a cute center island, and quality appliances for preparing meals at home. - The dining area has a nice comfortable table to seat 4 for a relaxing meal at home, enjoying some laughter and chit-chat, or plan your activities for the next day. - 2 bedrooms to accommodate 4 guests as such: BEDROOM 1: King bed with TV & an ensuite bathroom BEDROOM 2: Queen bed & an ensuite bathroom - A wonderful balcony with table and chairs to enjoy outdoor dining, a morning coffee or a sunset cocktail overlooking the magnificent bay and ocean view. Look down - the balcony overlooks the grand resort-style pool too! Perfect sunset spot. - There’s a washer/dryer, iron, ironing board, and hairdryer in the condo for added convenience. - 1 designated free parking space at the complex. Guest access You’ll have full, exclusive access to the condo and oceanview balcony. And of course, access to the condo complex's oceanview swimming pool, sun lounge, and common areas. Other things to note IMPORTANT TO NOTE: The area experiences water shortages where at times you can be without water for 4-5 hours. Recycled water is an easy alternative to help us, and the environment, with the shortage of water resources. We ask that you please use water consciously, turning it off when it's absolutely not needed and recycle your shower water for times when needed to flush the toilet. (Simply place the bucket under the running shower while you wait for the water to warm up and use it later, if needed, to flush the bathroom). **Please note that there is a development right next to the property which means there will be noise from 7 AM to 4 PM.** Please review this information before booking to ensure a pleasant stay. If you have questions, don’t hesitate to contact us. Please refrain from consuming food or beverages in the living room. Please note that the pool is not heated. The TVs are equipped with streaming services to provide various entertainment options. Please note that cable channels are not available. - Travelers must be at least 21 years of age or older to book. - Guests will be asked to sign a Rental Agreement upon booking confirmation. - No more guests than those listed on the reservation are allowed. - Guests might be required to present an official ID at check-in or during the stay. - Depending on the booking site to make the reservation, a security deposit might be required that is refunded after check-out, provided all terms are met. - Guests must climb stairs to access upper-level studios. There is no elevator. - Electricity is not included for long-term stays of 15 nights or more. There’s a $56 USD weekly electricity fee, in this case, charged on the day of check-in to be paid in cash to our local team. Please turn off all fans, AC devices, and lights. A default will be a $20 USD fine. - No smoking of any kind inside the home! Drug use and illegal activity on the premises are also strictly prohibited. Failure to comply results in a $300 fine. - No parties, events, or excessive noise after 10 pm. Please respect the neighbors. - Cleaning service is available at an extra cost. Let us know in advance to book it. Guests are responsible for damages that occur and for any extra cleaning costs incurred during their stay. - There are outdoor security cameras strictly for security and safety reasons. - Pets are not allowed unless there is prior authorization and an extra fee may apply if such is given. - Please avoid sitting on the sofas while wearing wet clothes - this practice stains fabrics and creates mold. You will be responsible for any damages made to the furniture during your stay. - Please close and lock all doors and windows upon check out. By failing to do so you will incur a penalty of $50 USD. To ensure full transparency, we want to let you know that the upkeep of common areas is managed by the complex administration. While we strive to provide an excellent experience, the condition of these areas is beyond our control. By sharing this in advance, we aim to keep your expectations aligned and maintain the high standards we are committed to.
