Perfect Location for experiencing all that Little Rock has to offer. 5 minutes from the popular Height/Hillcrest area. 1 block away from the local Medical School, UAMS. The home is very cute and cozy. It was built in 1938, so it has some older charm to it; however, the inside has been recently updated and is very clean and modern. This property is located next to interstate 630. If you are a light sleeper then I would not recommend this property for you. Guests will be able to access three bedrooms, bathroom, kitchen area and living room. This home acts as a duplex. The upstairs and downstairs are completely separated with a secured door. Each has their own entrance to the interior and exterior of the home. You will have your own privacy. I am available to offer help throughout the stay and we do rent out the upstairs on Airbnb as well. My driveway is very narrow, and lined with a rock wall. I typically park in the driveway, and guests have parked directly in front of the home. I am at a dead end, so it tends to be more convenient for guests to park in front. It gives them plenty of space to unload luggage, without the constraints of the wall. I have stayed several AirBnB's and loved my experience. I really enjoyed meeting the host as well.
