We are close to fishing, hiking, walking, bike riding, horseback riding, Sprint car racing, Southern Iowa Speedway, Tulip Time in Pella, IA is 14 miles, 30 miles from southeast Des Moines and The Iowa State fair. Attention hunters we live within a half a mile of public duck hunting bring your boat we have room for you to park it. I do allow a tent if you are staying in the suite at n/c. For Ragbri 2024 if you rent the suite your group can have an unlimited amount of tents. We do have a tankless water heater. Guest access You can enjoy any part of our 3 acres. which includes our front porch. you are welcome to come sit and watch the sunrise or sunset or just drink a cup of coffee or a beer with us. On the other hand if you want your privacy We understand. there is an outdoor dining set in front of the suite. There is a bbq for your use and a fire pit. We ask that you bring your own charcoal and firewood. I also provide a few beach towels. We also have some outdoor and indoor games. My flower gardens are always a work in progress this year I am planting around 60 rose bushes. We love being outside in the yard or on our boat fishing. If you would want a boat ride I am sure Jeff would be glad to take you. Other things to note I have my suite listed for 6 people that would be 4 adults and two children you can fit 6 people but realize you will be in tight quarters. Regarding pets you can please message me I do have two small dogs under 10lbs a maltese and a yorkie poo. The pet fee is $25 dollars per pet. If you will have more then one pet please message me to get approval. Also you will be liable for any damage your pet makes. Also smoking is allowed but only outside. Also there is one King bed, the couch makes into a full bed and I have a queen size air mattress that has a built in pump that makes it stay pumped up. This is a one room suite unfortunately Airbnb doesn't give the option to list it this way.
