The space Our newly renovated Loft/apartment is located in the heart of Cincinnati in Clifton! It’s roomy and has modern conveniences in a historic building built in 1894. The Loft is 1000 square feet. It has an open and airy layout can accommodate up to 4 people. It is Urban, so yes there are the sounds of the city in Clifton. Only 1 mile from the University of Cincinnati and 3 miles from downtown or about 34 blocks from the Ohio river! Great central location to get anywhere in the city within 30 minutes, including the CVG Cincinnati International Airport. The Loft is furnished with queen size memory foam beds in each large bedroom. (We'll let you draw straws to decide who is sleeping where—ha!) The optimal amount of guests would be 4 people. In the larger bedroom there is a desk for any office tasks. Inside the kitchen, you'll find all the silverware, pots, pans and plates you need to pretend like you’re going to cook yourself dinner from scratch! We have a coffee station in the kitchen too! The living room is furnished with a large 65" flat-screen tv with Roku and a comfy couch where you'll be able to Netflix and chill with friends. In terms of amenities, we've got you covered too! You'll have access to small, yet important, things like: An iron, blow dryer, towels, soap, napkins, and more. As mentioned earlier, our loft is so perfect, you'll want to stay and actually live here!. We've had guests ask. Just kidding. (But seriously.) Guest access You will have full access to the entire loft. If you need parking, please let me know. And inside the loft....access to everything. Free wifi, 65" Roku SmartTV, full size washer and dryer, refrigerator includes fresh Brita water. We also provide coffee at the coffee station.... Coffee is located in a cabinet under the coffee station. Other things to note In an effort to maintain a secure premises, the loft is equipped with an exterior camera. The camera is ONLY on the exterior, and there are NOT ANY cameras on the inside. There is an AirBnb loft on the 2nd floor as well. The lofts share the same stairwell and street entrance.
