Cottage is located in a quiet cove on Randall Lake (connected to 7 miles of lakes 1100acres). Lake view is spectacular. Front room is all glass. 4 kayaks and paddleboat. On the water enjoy fishing, tubing, sking, swimming. Relax outside under 2 large shade trees on patio for those hot summer days. At night watch the moon reflect off of the lake while enjoying the fire pit. 18-hole public Coldwater Club Golf Course across the road. The space Fire pit in the sand area next to lake. Large front yard for volleyball etc.. Paddle boat and 4-6 kayaks (1 sit-upon-kayak). Pontoon rental is locally available (or mine). For rainy days we have books (take them with you), puzzles and board games. Shopping interest include Outlet Malls (near Toll Road 80-90) and antiques in Allen, Mich. Take a Train ride on weekends. Also in town go to nostalgic places like A&W Drive-in w car hops, Tibbits Opera House for plays or outside try a Drive-in Movie theater. Boat launch is only 300yards away. Restaurants try famous Bill's Steakhouse towards Bronson. FireKeepers Casino in Battle Creek is just 20 miles away. Race fans are welcome for Michigan Speedway ( MIS ) in Brooklyn. Lakes have large mouth bass, perch, bluegill, croppie and pike. Winter rental enjoy ice fishing in front or cross country skiing and toboggan run at Pokagon State Park 30 mins away. 18 hole golf course 500 yards away. Dock will be taken out November 7 Front room has a daybed. Kitchen has been updated with new hickory cabinets -not in picture. Large flat Wi-Fi screen TV Bathroom has new larger shower with glass doors in 2022 Pictures were not staged but actual usage. Beds are made with fresh linens. Depending on my time,linens may not be put on the bed, but will be folded on the bed. If you are bringing your own linens please let me know before you arrive. Guest access House but not garage. Parking area by garage can hold 7cars. Other things to note My goal is to make this a fun and memorable vacation. The key to this is communication before and during your stay. Cancellation Policy: I will do everything I can to refund all your money (except Airbnb fees) IF I find another guest in time. Don’t forget to bring your favorite pillows, cooking pan etc. Paper towels if you use a lot. (Pillows and cookware and some condiments are provided) If Swimming bring water shoes and beach towels. Summertime don’t forget sunscreen and mosquito spray. Firewood is provided for 3 fires. If need more you may want to get firewood before you arrive. Sometimes I have a lot so just ask. No internet in winter months. If you rally need internet let me know. Luggage from frequent travelers must be sprayed for insects. On arrival I require $20 cash deposit (refundable on exit) for small damages. In 2024 I will be doing some construction work new siding and renovating bathroom. Construction will be removed before your stay. Feel free to ask before your stay. Pontoon rental is $220 per day plus gas also $250 deposit is required. Security cameras around the garage area. Pets All dogs require a deposit of $200 deposit before access to cottage. Dogs are to be cared for by an adult 100% of the time. Bring cage if you cannot watch dogs. Take pictures inside cottage on arrival to settle disputes. Thank you.
