During your visit none of the lower living area is shared with us or other guests. *We live on site and it’s possible you may have noise, like music, laughing or dog greetings during your stay. The space We intermittently occupy the upper level. We travel often and may not be on site during your stay. You can come and go with privacy out of the lower level. (Sliding Door) this is Important**There is a hill to navigate and can be challenging if you have mobility issues. Will not accommodate a wheel chair, walker, stroller or over served guests. Guest access You will have full access to the lower level with the exception of a few storage and closet spaces. This is functional for singles/couples/families & can comfortably host up to 5 people provided you can share 1 bathroom. Other things to note This space is not child proof and may not be suitable for young children. We do allow 4 legged (dogs only) family members. We count them as a family member so there is an additional charge. We have to comply with ordinance and HOI for allowed breeds so check with me before booking please. *We will consider single night rentals during the week, message me if we can accommodate will respond with special offer.
