The space After two years of tourist experience, this rare site will, I hope, delight! More than a large house, it's a Loisir Park that I wanted to create through these 3000m2 of greenery to experience moments of play, leisure, fun, relaxation for young and old! Indeed, I designed this cottage ( which I continue to enrich ... as for July/August 2024 the installation of three sports machines within the park ) to accommodate young and old, families and friends, within several universes so that you feel good! On vacation: an assured change of scenery! With this beautiful rental experience, these beautiful encounters, many came to visit the Château de Josselin, the Forêt de Broceliande, the Lac au Duc, the beaches... and many simply enjoyed the tranquility of this estate while taking full advantage of the important offer of relaxation and leisure space. Indeed, this cottage composed of two terraced houses ( one with red shutters and the other with green shutters) allows you to have 20 beds thanks to its 7 bedrooms ( 7 double beds + 4 adult single beds + 2 extra beds for children on request + 1 umbrella bed with all the necessary childcare facilities) . I paid great attention to the bedding because I think sleeping is part of the holidays. In addition to 7 bedrooms, you will have 3 baths with walk-in showers or bathtub. In one of the bathrooms you will have a washing machine available. Having often rented cottages, I have often been disappointed by the small size of living spaces to accommodate large groups. That's why, I wanted you to have 120 m2 of living room: a small cozy living room of 20 m2 composed of hundreds of books, sofas, armchairs, tables, 109 cm TV, red cast iron stove with wood available on the chapel; a small kitchen of 15 m2 composed of electric oven plates, fridge; a small dining room of 20 m2 with a beautiful table and 6 velvet chairs, two beautiful chesterfield ear chairs overlooking the wooded garden; a small 10 m2 desk with toys and board games in the cottage with red shutters! And in the house with green shutters, rest assured, everything has been planned to accommodate all the guests thanks to its large modern kitchen of 30 m2 bright from its large bay, with a unique 20-seater table, composed of a beautiful gas cooking piano and an electric SMEG oven, a large fridge/freezer, a dishwasher and many dishes and utensils ( 2 squeees, coffee makers etc... ). Next to this kitchen by a large opening of 2 m a large living room with blue beams of 40 m2 with many armchairs and sofas arranged around the beautiful green cast iron stove ( wood available) and its large 146 cm plasma screen! In short, with these almost 300 m2 you will not be on top of each other in this cozy cottage where all the furniture was, for pleasure, patiently prepared for two years. It is clear that you will be transported to my world and hope you enjoy it! This cottage has 1000 m2 of adjoining garden totally enclosed for the safety of your children. In these gardens a huge terrace of 50 m2 will accommodate the whole group around its living room . There is also a 12 m2 room totally dedicated to the 3-seater hot tub (made of high quality wood) with a bright night spot atmosphere around its minibar and its professional massage table! Relaxation and relaxation assured! From May to September or from April to October depending on the Breton sun, a beautiful 4m diameter swimming pool by 1.20 m high will be installed on its small terrace. With its solar bubble bache, its many fries and buoys, I assure you that children or large children, you will all cool off or have fun! Not far from this swimming pool, two barbecues will be available, as well as in a room of the cottage, all the necessary deckchairs, Chilean umbrellas, cushions, chairs and garden tables. And above all, given that in Brittany the beach is never very far away ( in the middle 1 hour from the south and north coasts) , for the hot season, to entertain your children, a beach cabin - Royan model tent - blue and white strip will be installed, with its sandbox and all its toys to make beautiful castles. Imagine the sea and be immersed in the swimming pool! Adjacent to the cottage, less than 50m away, opposite, you can take advantage of the 6000m2 of greenery to let off steam within the chapel estate and my large totally wooded park. During the heat waves: this is divine! In this park you will find a large barnum of 60 m2 installed all year. Inside a multitude of games ( foosball, mini-bolt, multi games table, ping pong... ) , toys ( full of trucks, cars, dolls, scooters, balloons, bench, snowshoes... ) , apartment bikes... As well as are present in this park: swing, slide, wooden cabin... Next to this barnum, a 20 m2 English pub room with its American pool table and green opaline suspension... with service and bar counters with fridge, microwave, coffee machine.... Cozy atmosphere for beautiful evenings with friends! Finally adjoining, a patio with its wisteria that wraps it up soon to bring back bucolic freshness. In short, this park, its gardens, its attractions will occupy you from morning to night!
