Master has a comfortable king bed, quality linens , large screen TV, and a large walk through closet spacious enough for the portacrib supplied. Second bedroom has 2 double beds, large screen TV and a large walk in closet made into a sleeping cove with two twin beds. There are two full bathrooms. Close access to personal parking space. Large private back yard - room to play volleyball or set up our croquet set for the kids to play. Our townhouse is located on the north side so it is shaded in the heat of the day which makes for more enjoyment dining or relaxing on the porch swing or rocking chair outside on the patio under the arbor fan! There is also an outdoor hose for rinsing sandy feet after a trip to the beach. Guest access The condo is a townhouse so there are no neighbors upstairs to disturb you - Two and a half bedrooms! Master king size bed, 2nd bedroom has two double beds and a large walk in closet that has been converted to a private "sleeping cove" suplied with two twin matteresses (33"x79") Two full bathrooms. Our townhouse is located between the two pools in the complex of which one is heated in the colder months. It is close to the beautiful fishing lake so bring your fishing poles! At the lake there is also a large picnic table and a grill. Ocean Walk has a wonderful kids play ground close to our unit . There is also tennis and pickleball courts (borrow tennis racquets from the clubhouse) and a workout facility and game room in the clubhouse 24 hours availability. Other things to note There is $20 per guest per night over 6 people. Pet fee is $175./wk ($260. -2 pets) . Longer monthly stays will be more. Inquire for a pet "discount" for only a weekend. Pets must be house trained. Pets must be clean and sand-free before going into the condo. Pets are not allowed on beds or living room furniture. You must bring a clean quilt to cover the sofa if your dog is accustom to laying on furniture. Absolutely no smoking in this townhouse!
