Guest access Entire house Other things to note The Cottage sits on the bank of the Wabash River and is accessed through the arbor down 4 stairs to the wraparound deck. There are steps and levels throughout the house. There is flight of stairs down to the river bank and fire pit area. Though the cottage is on the river in a rural location, the occasional road noise may be heard from the bridge nearby. There is also a railroad bridge beyond that. The hum of a freight train may also be heard in the distance.
