Shared, second bathroom has single vanity and soaking tub/shower. Dining table seats six and there is room for four at the kitchen bar. Everything's on one level. The only steps are the one up to the front door and the one up from the garage. Garage is huge and has it's own entry code. Patio/deck off the living room is big and offers all the views. "Backyard" area is situated on a steep hill and you'll realize you won't be hanging out there as you look out over it from the deck. Front yard is not fenced and not large, but should work for a lawn game and for kids. The home is located on a semi-private "no outlet" street so there is virtually no street traffic aside from the neighbors and occasional delivery truck. Guest access: Front door keypad code deadbolt. Exterior garage keypad. Access codes provided within 24 hours of booking. Full access to everything in the home. If it's locked and/or in a storage bin in the garage, it's off limits.
