(Starter supplies of bedding, towels, and basic supplies are provided) The space The space is fully updated with brand new flooring, and appliances, and boasts trendy furnishings! Guest access Guest will receive an access code to enter the unit 1 day before their check-in. Guest may park in the back lot or utilize street parking. Please note that street parking is not free on Saturdays. Other things to note On Saturdays in the summer (Memorial Day to Labor Day) there will be a farmers market setting up in the morning. You will not be able to park in front of the patio on Friday nights/Saturday mornings. If found smoking, vaping, or burning of any kind inside the unit the tenant will be charged $250. All smoking, vaping, and burning must be done outside at least 30 feet from the building. Fireworks are strictly prohibited. Tenants found violating this policy will be charged $250. Parties are strictly prohibited. Tenants found violating this policy will be charged $500. No pets allowed. If there is evidence of pets in the unit you tenant will be charged $200.
