Back inside the dining table has seating for 6, and the kitchen counter offers additional counter seating. The kitchen is fully equipped with pots, pans, crockpot, dishes, utensils, stove/oven, refrigerator, microwave and a coffee maker, everything you need to whip up a good meal. Bedroom #1 a lockout style bedroom features a King bed, Queen sofa sleeper, cable TV, private entrance, private en-suite, and kitchenette. As of March 1st, 2023, there will be a $5.00 per night, per vehicle fee to all nightly rental guests paid to the POA when you check in. This is a mandatory fee that the POA Board of Directors has decided to charge.
