Centrally located on the 7mile beach corridor and just across the street from the world famous Seven Mile Beach, this 3 bedroom condo is also within walking distance to cool hotels like Palm Heights, restaurants like Tillies, Ragazzi, shops and bars. No rental car needed if you stay at this property. Fully stocked kitchen allows for a night in to cook your own culinary delights. Appliances include a full size stove, oven, microwave, refrigerator/freezer and dishwasher. All backgrounds welcome! The space This condo is 3 floors with an upstairs and downstairs. As you enter the condo on the main floor, you will see the powder room to the left, just past the laundry closet. To the right are stairs that go down and into the primary bedroom with large en-suite bathroom. When you walk about 5 steps from the door, you will see the kitchen, breakfast and dining area on the right. To the left is the livingroom with 2 blue sofa beds and smart TV. Just past the dining area, there are stairs that will take you up to the two bedrooms with shared bathroom. Guest access You have full use of the condo however part of the large walk in closet (left side) in the primarty bedroom is used for linen storage, extra blankets for the sofa beds are on the top shelf. The right side is for you to use which is still ample space. Other things to note 13% TOURIST ACCOMMODATION TAX INCLUDED IN PRICE ARRIVAL/DEPARTURE: I try to accommodate all guests during the "purgatory period" between 11am-4pm when the condo is being cleaned. Flights may land earlier than checkin time and depart later than checkout time. That said, the bedrooms are cleaned first and utilized as holding rooms for the luggage. Note that there is never an additional charge for an early checkin/late checkout in hopes that everyone can understand and work together on a stress free vacation arrival/departure. I do need a heads up please in case an early checkin/late checkout is in fact needed, so I can communicate with guests arriving/departing so everyone can be on the same page .
