Secure parking for 4/5 cars The space North Cottage Cromer is a luxurious and spacious seaside holiday home. There are plenty of welcoming rooms for the whole family or group of friends to relax. The extensive accommodation provides 4 elegant reception rooms, 6 large bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, cloakroom/utility and extensive gardens surrounding the entire house. The huge Garden Room (72m2) provides plenty of space for all 12 guests to relax together. Comfortable seating for all guests, a games table. High quality table football and garden games including croquet, boules and badminton. Classic board and children's games. Sony 55 inch smart TV, DVD player, video streaming. Second elegant Living Room with sofas, 50 inch smart Sony TV and wood burning stove at the front of the house. Fully equipped Kitchen with AEG electric multi-function oven, AEG induction hob, Liebherr fridge/freezer, NEFF dishwasher, Panasonic combi microwave, toaster, kettle. The 3 oven gas AGA is only available from November to March by request - and at additional charge (please enquire if you require this). The large adjacent Dining Room seats 12 guests at an oval table. Spacious Conservatory, with exotic plants, seats 8/10 at a large dining table. There's also comfy seating. Ground floor king bedroom with level access to wet room - step free shower, toilet, basin - just along the hallway. Utility / Cloakroom with Miele washer/dryer, sink, drinks fridge, hanging space for coats and storage. First floor (upstairs): There are 5 further bedrooms, with an en-suite to the Master bedroom. The en-suite contains a bath. There's also a shower room and separate toilet. . Bed linen is white cotton. Pillows and duvets are hypo-allergenic. There are additional blankets and pillows readily available. Bedroom 1 (Master Bedroom) - Kingsize bed. Wardrobe and drawers, chaise longue. Sea view across the park. Ensuite: A curtained archway separates the en-suite from the master bedroom. Large walk-in rain-shower, separate bath, wash basin and toilet. Bedroom 2 (Midnight Blue Room) - Kingsize bed, bedside drawers and reading lamps, chest of drawers, wardrobe and upholstered chair. View across the garden. Bedroom 3 (Red Room) - Double bed with traditional bedstead, bedside reading lamps, large wardrobe with hanging rail and shelves. Partial seaview across the park. Bedroom 4 (Sky Blue Room) 2x single 3'0" beds, reading lamp, lwardrobe with drawers and rail, upholstered chair. Partial seaview across the park (largely obscured by trees in summer). Bedroom 5 (Silver Room) 2x single 3'0" beds, reading lamp, wardrobe with drawers, shelves and rail, chest of drawers and mirror, upholstered chair. Seaview across the park and boating pond. Shower Room: Rain-shower and pedestal hand wash basin. Separate WC: Hand basin, toilet. Parking Electric parking gate and pedestrian access gate. Parking requires reversing. Gravel driveway with space for 4/5 cars depending on size (4 SUVs). 2/3 spaces in front of the house, 2 spaces at the side of the house. No EV Charging available. Note: No parking is allowed in North Lodge Park. The Garden The garden is entirely walled and fenced and can be completely secured for the safety of children when both gates are closed. Extensive lawns with mature sycamore tree. Plenty of space for badminton, croquet and boules - all provided. Wooden garden furniture, benches, tables, chairs are located around the gardens (garden furniture available only May - October). North Lodge Park is right outside the house. There's a cafe, boating pond, children's play area (at the furthest end of the park) and space to play ballgames. Access to the beach is directly through the park - no roads to cross. Guest access Access to the beach is through the park outside the house - there are no roads to cross. Cromer is pedestrian friendly so you can park the car on our drive at the start of your stay and forget about it. All shops and restaurants are within easy walking distance. Please support local businesses during your stay. Other things to note Guests have exclusive access to the entire house and the extensive private walled gardens (note the garage and shed are locked). North Cottage Cromer is located within North Lodge Park. There's a picnic area with a children's boating pond and a children's play area at the furthest end of the park. There are very occasionally daytime events in North Lodge Park which is directly outside the house - these include theatre and musical performances. You may occassionally be able to hear these performances in the garden, but they are not usually audible inside the house. These activities raise funds for the community maintained park.
