The entire apartment has wide entryways, no stairs, and is easily accessible. It is nestled on the second floor, which you can access with an elevator. We offer contact-free check-in via a lockbox, so you can check in anytime after the check-in time. For this reason, we use a thorough cleaning process after each check-out. ★ PETS ★ Dogs are allowed - please see below for the rules and fee schedule. ★ NO SMOKING INSIDE ★ Please refrain from smoking inside the home! Any smoking evidence will result in a fee for odor removal, duct cleaning, and furniture cleaning. ★ NO PARTIES/EVENTS ★ We kindly ask you to treat our home as your own to preserve its pristine condition for future guests and your return visits. ★ CHECK-IN / CHECKOUT ★ We appreciate that a 4pm check-in is rather late, and that a 10am check-out is rather early. We need every one of those 6 hours to clean so each guest can be greeted with a spotless home. In fact, we often have to bring in 2 cleaners to get everything ready in that time frame. However, if nobody is leaving or coming the same day, we can sometimes accommodate early check-ins and late checkouts. In those cases, we charge $15/hour. Note that you can always arrive earlier in Buenaventura and enjoy its amenities before actually checking into the apartment. When any doors or windows are left open for more than 3 minutes, the AC will automatically turn off. Please close the doors and windows before turning the AC back on. ★ NUMBER OF GUESTS ★ All guest fees are automatically included when you book your stay. However, if you accidentally book for too few people, or need to amend your booking to include more guests, we would like to let you know that each guest beyond a party of 6 incurs an extra fee of $28/night. ★ PETS ★ We are pleased to welcome well-behaved pets to our beautiful apartment in Panama! Please ensure you follow our pet rules to ensure a comfortable stay for everyone. Pet Rules: 1. Pet Size and Type Restrictions: - Up to 2 pets are allowed. - No pets over 25 lbs. - Dogs only. 2. House Rules: - Pets must be house-trained and well-behaved. - Pets are not allowed on furniture or beds. - Pets must not be left unattended in the apartment unless kept in a kennel. - Guests must clean up after their pets both inside and outside the property. 3. Health and Safety: - Pets must be up-to-date on vaccinations and free of fleas and ticks. - Guests must provide proof of vaccinations upon request. 4. Damage and Noise: - Guests are responsible for any damage caused by their pets. - Pets must not disturb neighbors (e.g., excessive barking). Fees of up to $50 per violation may be charged if requests to stop barking are not adhered to. - If pets cause damage to furniture, rugs, or other items, there could be significant costs for replacement. 5. Designated Pet Areas: - Pets are not allowed in the bedrooms or on furniture. - Please ensure pets do not go where they are not allowed in Buenaventura, such as the Laguna pool area. 6. Fee Schedule: - A charge of $25 per night per pet applies. - An additional $75 cleaning fee per stay applies to cover extra cleaning costs. - A refundable pet deposit of $200 will be collected to cover any potential damage. This deposit will be returned if no damage is found upon checkout. - An additional cleaning fee of $25 per hour may apply if significant extra cleaning is required.
