The Beach House is located in a quiet neighborhood in the town of Las Lajas on the Pacific coast of Panama. The light and airy open plan allows for easy socializing. Three comfortable bedrooms and 2 bathrooms accommodate up to 6 guests. Lounge on the covered patio, relax in a hammock or float in the pool while avoiding the heat of the day. The space The property is fully fenced and gated for your security. The main house is 3 bedrooms/2 bath with an open plan comprised of kitchen, dining and living areas. Bedrooms have queen or full sized beds, ample closet space, and comfortable linens. Bathrooms have showers and are appointed with fluffy towels. The master bedroom has an en-suite bath. The guest bath is located between the two other bedrooms. The laundry room, just off the kitchen, has full sized washer and dryer. The pool is located between the main house and the caretaker's studio. A cement pool deck and covered patio with outdoor dining table and colorful, locally made hammocks await your lounging pleasure. The garden has tropical plants and a large lawn area in the back of the house. The home is equipped with a generator and well water. A full-time caretaker resides on property. A covered carport is located beneath the caretaker's studio. Guest access Access to the home is through the main front gate. The gate is locked and has a lockbox for secure access. The neighborhood is peaceful and quiet. There are not many houses in the area. The neighborhood roads are dirt roads until you reach the main highway leading to the beach and to town. There is a covered carport inside the gate. An additional car can be parked along the side of the house. The beach is walking distance. Town is a short drive away.
