This unit is best suited for 8 adults and 6 kids. The base rate covers up to 10 guests. 14 is the maximum number of guests allowed with extra guest fees. BOOKING RULES: These booking rules are required even though this site may allow you to book otherwise PEAK SEASON (Memorial Weekend through Labor Day): Reservations must be 3, 4, or 7 nights starting or ending on a Friday. SEPTEMBER AND THANKSGIVING: Week-long (7 night) stays must still be Friday-Friday. Shorter stays can start any night, but Friday and Saturday nights must be booked together (no Saturday check-in or check-out). OFF-PEAK 2 NIGHT STAYS: Two night stays are allowed on weeknights (Mon-Thurs) during Off Peak (mid Sept - mid May). Any exceptions must be approved directly with Faria Resorts before booking. Any two-night stays are allowed in Jan, Feb, and April. NO 1 NIGHT STAYS (Faria Resorts reserves the right to review and possibly modify or relocate to an identical unit for certain dates due to calendar availability or holidays.) The main level kitchen, dining area and living room are all in one big open space, so your family can still feel together, even when they are in different areas of the cabin. You’ll find everything you need for preparing perfect meals in this super stocked kitchen. The farm-house style dining table with benches can seat up to 10 (more if you have some Littles) and there is a table on the deck with seating for 6. The living room has comfy furniture, high vaulted ceilings with lots of windows, a large flat screen tv and a beautiful electric fireplace. There is one gorgeous King suite on the main level with dual vanities and a large walk-in shower. There are two bedrooms on the upper level. Both are spacious King suites with bedding so comfortable you may just sleep your vacation away! One suite has a view of the lake. Moving to the lower level, you’ll find 2 more guest rooms. One has a King bed with an en-suite and the other has a Full-Over-Queen bunk bed. The king en-suite bath serves as the bathroom for both downstairs bedrooms. There is access to the bathroom from the hall. The king bedroom has a sliding door leading to the patio where the private hot tub is located. There is also a sleeper sofa and large flat screen TV in the living room on this level. There is access to the patio and hot tub from the living room as well. We enjoyed the amenities offered here as well...canoes, pedal boat, fishing, mini golf, arcade, shuffle board, pickle ball. My entire family loved everything about this place. Customer service was top notch and were good about keeping in touch about check in, check out, golf cart rental, bad weather, internet. They were always available via text to answer any of my questions. I would highly recommend this place to anyone. Outdoor space had a really good view. The facility was extremely well maintained, and we did not have any issues with accessing the amenities. Property management was great to communicate with, check-in/out was easy.
