Unauthorized pets, including Emotional Support/Comfort Animals, incur a fine of up to $500. Smoking: Smoking and vaping are not permitted within 25 ft. of any building, in guest rooms, patios, balconies, or pool areas. Decontamination and littering charges starting at $500 per day will be assessed. Fireworks are not allowed to be set off anywhere on the Home’s property. Damages: Guests are responsible for any damage to the property. Costs will be charged to the registered guest’s credit card. Parking: Park vehicles in the garage or driveway of your rental home. No street parking overnight. Trailers, ATVs/UTVs, and boats are not permitted on the street at any time. Violations result in a $250 fine per night and/or towing at the owner’s expense. Security Deposit: A $250 security deposit is collected at reservation. Refunded upon departure if no damages are found.
