Located in the AuSable Acres in the Adirondacks, this unit is a 5 min. walk to the AuSable River, has over 5 miles of hiking trails for walking, skiing, snowshoeing etc., is approximately a 15 min. drive to Whiteface Mt., and is about a 30 min. drive through picturesque terrain & mountains to Lake Placid. Guest access Guests will be able to use the upper deck and the enclosed porch. There is a charcoal grill on the premises for BBQs as well.
