This beautiful penthouse is located in Miraflores, on the promenade and surrounded by the best restaurants in Lima. It is in one of the quietest areas of Miraflores, and a few minutes from the commercial area of San Isidro and Barranco. Please read and respect the house rules. Violation of those rules may result in a cancellation of the reservation. The space The Penthouse has 200 m2, three floors, three bedrooms, four bathrooms and a 60m2 rooftop terrace with barbecue and excellent front views of the city and the ocean. On the first floor you will find the living-dining room (with full ocean view), a small bathroom, the kitchen and the laundry room (with washer and dryer). On the second floor is the master bedroom (with full ocean view) with its own bathroom, the other two bedrooms (with city view) and a shared bathroom. On the third floor is the terrace, overlooking the city and the Pacific Ocean. Guest access All areas are private and for your exclusive use. Other things to note As stated in the house rules, this is a VERY residential area and local authorities enforce the regulations. Please do not host parties and keep noise at a reasonable level. Any serious violation will result in the cancellation of the rental immediately and without refund, and the security deposit will be used to cover any fines incurred for neighbors' complaints.
