We also have a bar area that opens with some outside plates and glasses. Relax in the outside hammock by the fishpond or catch some sun while relaxing in the chaise lounges. This excludes “reasonable music volumes” while outdoors by the pool with the understanding that there can be NO LOUD MUSIC OR NOISE AFTER 9:00 PM. NEIGHBORLY RESPECT - We respect the privacy of our neighbors and require that all our guests adhere to our neighborly standards. Do know that any “reasonable” complaints about excessive noise will result in us having to ask you to remedy the situation immediately. If this violation continues unaddressed, we may have no choice but to ask you to leave. NO CONGREGATING ON THE FRONT LAWN OR STREETS - We have a beautiful backyard and a rear entry driveway. Tons of fine Restaurants to delight any palate within a 5 mile radius !! We live just off the Plano 12 mile bike trail that has access just a block from our house. Its a great way the spend an afternoon taking a walk along the trail, enjoy the duck ponds, or visit the dog park. We have public transportation (Dart) that both pics up and drops off within a few minute walk to the house. Major attractions: We are located next to grocery stores, easy highway access and and many restaurants Shops of Legacy and Legacy West, Allen Outlet Mall, Stone-briar Mall are some of the major shopping attractions Pinstack, Jumpstreet, Mainstreet Events are some places for kids to have great fun.
