This newly renovated one bedroom waterfront suite (sleeps up to four) on Collins Pond in North Windham is only minutes to Downtown Portland and is located in the Lakes Region. This suite offers a private entry, kitchenette, lakeside patio, private dock, two kayaks, a canoe, and a paddleboat for your enjoyment. The space The suite is located on the lakefront first floor of our home with a private entrance down a set of stairs from your private off street parking area. The bedroom offers a king size bed, two nightstands, desk with chair, dresser, ceiling fan, and closet with hangers . There is a iron and ironing board for your use as well.The living room has a queen size sleep sofa, coffee table, rocking chair, and TV with cable. The private bath has a stand up shower, vanity with mirrors, hair dryer, and a washer & dryer. Additional amenities include a kitchenette with a 2 burner induction cook top,toaster, coffee maker (coffee, tea bags included) , microwave, refrigerator, hot and cold water dispenser.
