Perfectly situated 98 miles from San Francisco and 98 miles from Yosemite, is The Yellow Cottage GUEST SUITE. This suite provides all the essentials you’ll need for a weekend visit or longer stay. You’ll enjoy the spacious, open layout with easy flow between the sitting and sleeping area with one comfortable queen bed & wardrobe. There’s a fully-stocked coffee bar, mini fridge and microwave. The private full bathroom is bright and tidy, featuring a full tub and shower. There's 1 queen bed only The space This is a 650 square feet suite which has a sitting area with flat screen tv, bistro table for morning coffee or evening work space, sleeping area, separate 3 piece bathroom, amenities closet with mini fridge and microwave, and a coffee bar. There is a locked French door that accesses the main house. It locks on the guest side. Guests park in the attached driveway and enter their suite ahead. There is a quaint sitting area outside with a table,chairs and umbrella for our guests. There is only one queen bed. Guest access Guests park off the street in the driveway and have private access to the suite. The small private patio is adjacent to the driveway. The homeowners/sisters oftentimes occupy the rest of the house. Occasionally, there will be family or guests staying in the main house and using the backyard garden area. Other things to note As this home was our family home, we sisters have enjoyed spending our leisure time here for 70 years plus. The main part of our house is over 100 years old, with two more additions added on as our family expanded. It has its own issues at times, but this makes it charming. We know all the neighbors and take care of each other. There is a small garden area in front of the suite for guests' use. A larger garden area and patio in the rear area of the property can be available for guests with prior approval. We stress our No Smoking policy on the property.
