The space Tons of space; 900 square feet indoors and 600 square feet of outdoor living space with two private, large covered balconies, each with dining tables and chairs. Year-round pool and sundeck with loungers are available for use as well as a large gas BBQ grill. A spacious, well equipped kitchen with large tile countertops is ideal for families and friends interested in preparing their own meals or for just hanging out. There is air conditioning in each bedroom and the living room. Also ceiling fans in every room if you want to keep the windows open and get a breeze. One bedroom has a king bed, the other bedroom has a queen bed. There are two bathrooms, each with tiled showers, including an en-suite attached to the king bedroom. A futon in the living room offers another sleeping option. A 40 inch smart TV with complimentary Netflix is in the living room. Beautiful, lush landscaping with tropical plants and fruit trees including banana and mango trees, surround the property. Complimentary bikes are available for your use. Two bedroom rentals within Placencia Village are in short supply, with even fewer rentals having access to a pool to help you stay cool in the tropical heat. This house is in a relatively quiet part of the village, but still within minutes of all of the village amenities. No car or golf cart is needed to get around unless you really wanted to explore outside of the village. Guest access You will have access to the entire second floor of the guesthouse with your own covered front and back balconies. There is a private outdoor staircase to enter the second floor at the front of the house. You'll share an outdoor staircase with the third floor occupants (us!) if entering by the rear of the house. The pool is shared amongst all guests. There is also an outdoor shower and pool bathroom with a keypad that you will have access to. A gas BBQ grill is located next to the pool deck and is available for your use. Other things to note We are licensed by the Belize Tourism Board and certified as a Gold Standard accommodation.
