ENTIRE LARGE LOWER LEVEL Attractive home in upscale Woodbury, MN. (9 miles from downtown St. Paul, near I-94, I-494 and I-694). Great location near everything. Rental is the lower level with bedroom, full private bath, and large family room with doors to patio and large backyard. Guest refrigerator, coffee maker, microwave, toaster, and treadmill in the family room. TVs in family room and bedroom. Walking distance to major shopping and walking paths. The space You're renting the lower level of our home. (For those that need assistance getting up and down stairs, there is an electric chair lift.) You will be the only guests in the home. The home is a walk-out design, so there are large windows in the lower level that fill the space with sunlight, and sliding patio doors to the paved patio. The lower level includes a bedroom and full bath (with tub and shower), as well as a large recreation room just outside the bedroom with seating, a coffee maker, a microwave, a guest refrigerator, toaster, TV and a treadmill. There is a large table which works well for any work you may do while staying with us. You'll also have shared use of our washer and dryer. There is not a private entrance to the lower level, so you would enter through the our front door on the main level. The rec room has a large sliding door to the fenced back yard. You're renting 3 large rooms for the price of a bedroom--a full bath (with tub), the bedroom, and the very large living area. The laudry room is upstairs and is shared space with us. We occassionally need access to the lower level (where my tools and a freezer are located), and will always knock before entering. Your hosts are a retired couple in our 70's. We are both fully Covid vaccinated. Guest access The front door entrance is on the main level, as are the shared washer/dryer. The front door has a smart lock and you will be given your own private code. Guests will use a flight of stairs or the electric chair lift to access their space. Our guests will have full access to the bedroom, the bathroom, and the large L-shaped recreation room in the lower level. Guests will have full access to the large, fenced backyard. We're not planning on sharing any of the upstairs space, except the laundry area. The rec room includes a small refrigerator, microwave, coffee maker, toaster, plates and silverware, a large table, a small work desk and spacious seating areas. During your stay This is our primary home, so we'll be available to answer questions or help out in any way we can; but we will respect your privacy. Other things to note We have a pet dog, Jake. Jake is a 20 pound Westipoo. Jake is super friendly and likes everyone--but does consider himself a watch dog, and will likely bark when you come and go. He will not intrude into your downstairs space. Enterance to the Airbnb space is via the front door of our home.
