Mário Covas Jr. Ideal for those looking for calm beach, small town, with services and facilities at hand; less than two hours from the capital of São Paulo. Easy access by car and bus. The space TRULY beachfront condominium. Quiet and safe place in a quiet and structured neighborhood. Supermarkets, bakeries, restaurants, and other urban services within a few tens of meters. Beachfront is wide and the evenings are quiet. In the season there is more hustle and bustle. For the stay it is necessary to bring: bed and bath linens, pillows and blankets; toiletries; beach chairs, umbrellas, etc., must be brought or used from the various kiosks on the beach. Food can be prepared on site. There are supermarkets, fishmongers, etc, very close. The apartment is equipped with cooking basics (fridge, stove, water filter, utensils; etc.); living room (sofa, table and benches, TV); WC (glass box, electrical shower, etc.); space for 1 car ( the caretaker will NOT allow more than 1 car per apt. if there is capacity; there will be NO negotiation). For a smooth stay for everyone, guests will be aware of both the relationship of goods/equipment/utensils belonging to the apartment, as well as the rules of use of the environment that must be met. Other things to note CONDITIONS FOR HOSTING Guests. Welcome to you all! It's a pleasure to welcome you. I wish you to make the most of your stay. This property is for residential use, and on some holidays and weekends it is available for rent. In this way, the apartment must not and cannot be compared to a hotel or hostel. Everything is very simple, but clean and organized. I kindly request that you follow the rules of use, the guidelines on equipment, and be aware of the list of apartment goods. 1- All guests must be identified, with full name and official document; the vehicle model and the license plate number. Before the stay, photos of all guests' documents must be uploaded. The guest listing will also be delivered to the Janitor and the Trustee; 2- People other than previously identified guests are not allowed in; 3- The occupancy capacity of the apartment is up to 8 (eight) people; 4- There is an uncovered garage in the condominium. Only 1(one) motor vehicle per apartment is allowed; 5- The apartment is located on the 1st floor. One flight of stairs is required to access it. There is no elevator or access ramp; 6- There are no protective rails on the windows of the bedrooms or in the kitchen. Children should then be supervised by their parents/guardians; 7- Silence and quiet must be respected full-time, especially between 10:00pm and 8:00pm; 8- The access to the apartment will be by traditional keys or by digital lock. The keys and remote control of the garage delivered to guests must be returned at the end of the stay; 9- Animals/“pets” are not allowed in the apartment; 10- Smoking is prohibited inside the apartment. If it is necessary to smoke, the guest will have to go to the external patio or to the street; 11- There are ceiling fans. There are no air conditioners; 12- There are cold water showers in the outer patio, at the bottom of the Condominio. The showers are identified for use by the residents/guests of Block 1. When in doubt, go to the Janitor; 13- There is a free Wi-Fi signal for the guests. The network name is edududusp2G. The password will be provided at the time of the stay. The Wifi Modem is located in the living room. Never touch the Modem or the phone wiring; 14- Guests will be aware of the property/property belonging to the apartment. The list will be posted inside the entrance door. An inspection will be made with the guest at the end of the stay, at “checkout”. It is up to the guest to preserve the integrity of the apartment and the property and equipment contained therein; 15- It is recommended that the entrance door is always locked in the key; 16- The electrical voltage of the apartment is 110volts. There is only a 220volts outlet located in the living room; 17- When leaving the environments, turn off lights, TV and fans; 18- The garbage generated during the stay must be deposited in the garbage room that is in the front of the Condominium. If in doubt, look for the Janitor; 19- The apartment has basic objects for the stay. Any additional amenities should be brought by the guest; 20- The locker in the hall locked to the key, and the bicycle chained, are not available to guests; 21- The apartment does not have the following items/objects: • Air conditioning; • Beach chairs and parasols; • Food and toiletries; • Bathing suits and blankets; 22- For the correct use of the appliances and rooms of the apartment, follow the guidelines: The weight borne by each of the 4 bunk beds is 85kg. It is recommended that the heaviest people, the elderly, and children, should use the beds from the bottom; The stove is LPG gas and has automatic electric lighting. The outlet is behind the canister. If the electrical lighting does not work, matches can be used. To turn on the oven, it is necessary to hold the button for a few seconds. After using the stove, turn off the “faucet” that is in the gas cylinder register; When using the microwave, do not use metal objects and containers to heat/cook food; The water filter only provides water at room temperature; The refrigerator will be turned on. When opening and closing it, always check that the door has actually closed; Never go up or sit on the kitchen countertops and shelves. If you need to put or pick up something, there is a staircase on the floor under the countertops; Never cut off food or anything else directly on the granites on the kitchen countertops and shelves. Use the meat/food boards available; Never climb or sit on the shelves of the bedroom wardrobe. If you need to put or pick up something, there is a staircase in the kitchen; Never throw food and toilet paper in the drains of the sinks or the toilet in the bathroom. This causes clogging; If, for example, boiling water is drained from the noodle or other food in the sinks, also open the cold water faucet. This prevents damage to plumbing; Do not pour cooking/frying oil into the drains, as this causes water pollution. There is a plastic container/bottle under the sink to dispose of the used oil; The bathroom electric shower has 3 (three) temperatures. If you need to change the temperature, do this with the water registration closed; The electric shower, after closing, is still dripping for a few moments. This is normal. IT IS NOT necessary to tighten the registration too much; The TV has a remote control and tunes only a few broadcasters. There are no “paid/closed channels.” Remote controls will be on the “DVD” device support. The “on and off” button is located on the bottom right of the TV; There's a DVD player. I suggest you bring your films, drawings, etc., if you want another entertainment option; In the cleaning of the dishes, floors and bathroom, if they occur, use only detergent.
