New Paltz dog friendly retreat is a wonderful place to explore the Hudson Valley. 7min drive to downtown New Paltz. 10min to Minnewaska state park & Mohonk preserve. Our very large fenced yard & heated 27ft salt water pool is for your private use during your stay. A signed pool waiver will be required. Heating pool fee is $20 daily. Dog fee $100 per dog. Carolyn whom lives on site in a completely separate studio is there to trouble shoot any issues & keep the pool sparkling clean. The space Our house is in a very private setting among trees. Located at the end of a private lane (4th house). Its has a 70s rustic charm. There are multiple decks & sun rooms to enjoy the forest setting, Guest access The guest can access the main house & fenced in yard. The studio apartment immediately off the driveway is rented full time by Carolyn. The fenced in yard & pool is for air&b guests private use. Carolyn does clean the pool daily, if you'd prefer her not too, please let us know. Thanks Other things to note Pet fee $100 per dog for no longer then 7days Stays longer than 2 weeks will be asked to pay additional security deposit. Stays longer than 2 weeks pay $300 for cleaning. We are happy to allow later checks outs when possible with prior notice, however late checkouts with no notice will be charged $300 per hour past 11am. A pool waiver must be signed by all parties before entry into the pool. Pool heating available $20 fee daily.
