The suite has a railroad layout, living room, hallway, bedroom off hallway, kitchen then bathroom. The living room and bedroom might be considered as small, but I prefer cozy. The kitchen and bathroom are larger. Much better than your typical hotel room. Other things to note 2nd floor - must climb stairs.
