Brief walk from Seaport, minutes from public transportation, the beach & many popular spots where you can find several bars, restaurants, shops & easy access to all areas of Boston! This unit is great for couples, solo adventurers, & business travelers. The unit is shared and you have a private bedroom and bathroom. Advanced requests for use of private parking are approved based on availability. Daily parking rate: $30. The space Cozy private room with lots of closet space and a private bathroom. The room and bathroom is for your use only, so the space is kept very clean. The living space and shared spaces are professionally cleaned on an ongoing basis with extra precautions in place for COVID-19. Shared living room and 1/2 bath, dining area and kitchen. The kitchen and dining areas are fully equipped for all of your cooking needs. *1 bedroom with queen bed & extra blankets, pillows & sheets. TV! *1 private bathroom - amenities provided - soap, body wash, shampoo, conditioner, body lotion, toilet paper, towels, face cloths, hair dryer and straightener, etc. * fully functioning kitchen with microwave, wine fridge, oven, dishwasher, refrigerator, pots/pans, dishes, silverware, blender, toaster, kitchen aid mixer, etc. + All of the kitchen gadgets you didn’t know existed! The living room space (couch, beanbag, chairs, etc.) can NOT be used for sleeping arrangements. Any violation of this policy will result in a fee of $300. Parking: Requests for use of private parking space can be submitted in advance & will be approved based on availability. Daily parking rate: $30. If you decide to bring a vehicle and are not reserving private parking please read the following information- There are resident parking restrictions during the week between the hours of 6pm and 10am (Monday - Friday). For overnight parking, you can park on East or West Broadway, but 2 hour parking begins at 8am, therefore you would be required to move your vehicle by 10am. There are no weekend parking restrictions on the street that the condo is located on. For weekend visitors, if you are arriving during standard check-in hours, you should not have an issue finding a spot on the street. Please carefully read the street signs when you park to be sure you are not violating any parking rules. I’d recommend using public transportation OR taking a Lyft/Uber during your stay if you are going to be coming and going at night. Parking at night in this area can be very challenging.
