The space Modern, clean, and freshly detailed, this is a great apartment. It's in a fun neighborhood, a few doors down from restaurants and bars such as The Local, The Barrelhouse, Kraverie, and West Side Sports Bar and Grill. Two off- street parking spaces, a great porch, and a great apartment. We don't have grassy yard, but we've planted flowers everywhere that they can grow and there's a concrete patio area with a grill/table and chairs that you can use. It's easy to contact me if you need anything for check in or afterwards. Your stay can be as private as you want. Arts district with a short walk to downtown. A nice walk to the state park (golf course, 2 public pools, day use by the kaydeross creek, springs, SPAC). Lots of galleries, restaurants, and shops. We are 2 blocks from the West Side Rec playground/tennis courts/baseball fields. You can get around mostly by walking. Cabs are relatively easy to get, but the walk to downtown is super easy. I would park that car for the weekend! Guest access This is a private apartment with 2 parking spaces, fully equipped kitchen, washer/dryer, super fast Google Wifi, 3 bedrooms, and 1.5 baths. Other things to note Currently no cable tv subscription. We have super high speed Internet with a smart TV for Netflix or Amazon Prime. I ordered a chrome cast for the apartment that should be installed June 1. If traveling with a pet please read our pet policy under house rules. We only accept pets on a case by case basis.
