Our cozy studio suite is powered by a solar PV system and is equipped with a mini fridge, toaster oven, microwave, electric hot water kettle, coffee french press and filtered reverse osmosis water. We believe travel is better when you sleep better. We provide a comfortable mattress with high-quality 100% cotton linens, towels and a 100% goose down duvet in winter or a breathable wool duvet in summer. The bathroom is also outfitted with travertine tiles and a jacuzzi tub, heat lamp, up-cycled granite countertop and handmade, locally-sourced black walnut features for a touch of rustic luxury. Original landscape fine art and locally-sourced antiquities also adorn the space. Enjoy a soak and stargaze in our outdoor hot tub, steps from your bed. Across the studio suite entrance and through the shared mudroom, you will find the entrance to the host house. We also provide oatmeal, snacks, coffee and tea in your room for your convenience. Guests may also enjoy the short walk to town where you can find delicious meals at any of our friendly local restaurants or cafes. WiFi is always on for work or relaxing with your favorite show on the Roku TV. *We are surrounded by many hiking and biking trails in the Arapahoe National Forest and Indian Peaks Wilderness. *We are a 10-minute drive or RTD bus ride to Eldora Ski Resort. *We are a 25-minute drive to Boulder. *We are a 1-hour drive to Rocky Mountain National Park. *We are a 75-minute drive from Denver International Airport. **We are a cigarette smoke-free property. MMJ and recreational are allowed in outdoor spaces only. If you are a cigarette smoker, please consider a stay at another property.** Guest access The hot tub is reserved for Solar Studio guests and is right next to the studio. It is open air with a single privacy wall. We recommend guests use the hot tub after 8pm to maximize your privacy, comfort and stargazing experience. Please read the House Rules prior to booking or Guest Handbook after booking for important information on hot tub use. Other things to note Cell phone reception: It's a little spotty when traveling around at our altitude. AT&T, T-Mobile and Verizon are reliable cellular networks while in town, but can be intermittent outside of town. You can get wifi access at Kathmandu Restaurant, Nederland Community Library, and many other service locations in town if needed before check-in. The Studio wifi info can be found in the Guest Manual upon confirmation of your reservation. If you are traveling with children, please contact us with your capacity needs before making your reservation. Our capacity is set for 2 adults, but we are happy to make exceptions for parents and caretakers with an infant or young child. We have a pack-n-play and toys to use for your convenience, as well.
