The queen bed with luxurious bedding and sofa bed will sleep a total of 4 people. Free parking. The space From the apartment deck, guests may enjoy watching dressage horses being trained in the covered arena during daytime hours and retreat into the peaceful and quiet sanctuary of their private apartment. Should there be any issues or questions, owners live on property and are available. Apartment has its own private front door entrance, with a digital door code. All windows have privacy shades. Full Kitchen (stove, oven, refrigerator, microwave, toaster, coffee maker, pots and pans, dishes, wine glasses and flatware, etc.). Bath is equipped with a walk-in shower. Spare linens and towels provided. Wifi and Direct TV service. No parties or excessive noise. THIS IS A NO SMOKING PROPERTY both inside and outside. No pets. Please be mindful that this apartment is attached to a horse boarding facility and it is extremely important for the safety of both animals and people that no one goes in the barn or paddocks where horses are kept without being escorted by an owner.
