Private, well-lit, entrance is in rear of home. The space is approx. 600sq. ft. There is a gas fireplace, 42" HD TV w/Netflix & Amazon Prime. Kitchen has Keurig coffee maker, convection oven, inferred glass top burner, microwave, refrigerator/freezer w/ice, washer/dryer& a large marble shower, with heated floors in the shower room. Also space equipped w/ Medify air purifier w/H13 true Hepa medical grade filter. The space There is a definite Mid-Century feel to the space. A daybed serves as a sofa/bed in front of the fireplace and a memory foam queen bed sleeps 2. We also have some fun, special stuff, like a old slot machine(we supply the nickels), and a parking meter lamp! The shower/toilet room has heated floors. And there is a tankless hot water heater, so you will have all the hot shower you want. There is a locking door to the laundry/sink area, with another to the shower/toilet area. There is a keyless entry coded lock to enter the suite from outside. Louisville is on Eastern Standard Time. Bardstown Rd. is 2 blocks from here! Guest access Guest will have entire lower level available during your stay, including an outdoor seating area. We will share the laundry, but owner use only when guests are off premises.
