Christmas week and New Years week. Guests booking Christmas week (prior to Dec 26th) MUST be checked out by December 28th. Any reservations made that cross between the two holiday weeks may lead to cancellation if alternate arrangements can’t be made. Indoor Pool The Big Bass Lake Recreation Center houses the indoor pool along with a dry sauna, pool table, lounge, locker rooms and Fitness Center. Sledding Hill Once the snow hits the Poconos, grab some sleds and/or tubes and head over to the snow-tubing/sledding hills. LOCATION We are located right on the lake, in the gated community at Big Bass Lake. Big Bass Community Association allows up to 12 guests only!! This includes adults, children and day guests. Infants and toddlers age 3 and under are not added in the count, and you do not have to register them. There are stiff fines if you show up to the gate with an un-registered guest. ATTRACTIONS Area attractions include. Kalahari Waterpark & Mount Airy Casino. Skiing, hiking and biking trails, waterfalls, shopping at the Tannersville outlets, restaurants, festivals, horseback riding, golf, spas, lakes and rivers, picnicking, rafting and more!!!!! SECURITY CAMERA There is a front door camera on the premises to monitor who comes and goes for security purposes. We do not wish to be invasive at all during your stay. WOODS/BUG DISCLAIMER We do our utmost to control insects. However we are in the woods so insects might still get into the home despite our efforts, so this should be expected.
