The Grande at Canal Pointe development is East of Rt 1 so you avoid the Rt 1 traffic. You can easily enjoy a nice bike ride into downtown Rehoboth Beach by taking the Junction & Breakwater Trail which is located at the entrance of our community. The Breakwater Junction Trail is a biker's or walker's dream which leads you to Lewes, Camp Henlopen State Park, Downtown Rehoboth, Lewes/Rehoboth Beaches and Tanger Outlet Stores. This serene community offers 2 swimming pools, a basketball/tennis/pickle ball court, playground, 2 fitness centers and elevators. Our condo has plenty of natural light and its open floor plan makes it ideal for a summer vacation at the beach. Our property provides secure, keyless entry with August Smart Lock. You can lock and unlock the door using a personal entry code issued to you for the duration of your stay or by using the App or keypad. Other things to note Guests are required to sign a contract for the rental period of time while staying at our condo. This is per our HOA rules and regulations. The contract states renters will adhere to the rules of the condo and community guidelines which include: hours of operation at the pool/gym/clubhouse, quiet hours, parking, trash disposal, etc.
