Public street parking is available near the resort, and Guest Services is able to provide street parking passes on an as-needed basis. We encourage our guests to walk or utilize the resorts complimentary shuttle to navigate the downtown area. Shuttle service is on-call from 8am-10pm and is limited to downtown, Aspen Mountain, and the Aspen airport. Winter Road Closure: For those traveling to Aspen November – April, the shortest route to the resort via Independence Pass closes seasonally due to snow. Navigation devices do not anticipate road closures. Please contact prior to arrival to check the status of Independence Pass. Construction: 07/08-09/08 the resort will be replacing and repairing of stairwells. 08/14-08/27 the pool and hot tub will be out of service. During that time, there will be passes to the recreation center for owner use of the pool and hot tub. In addition, the property will be undergoing an elevator modernization from 09/20-10/31. Every effort will be made to minimize any impact on your vacation experience. Important: Pool is closed due to unforeseen maintenance until further notice. • Check-in: 4pm • Check-out: 10am • You must be at least 21 years of age to check in and register for a room. • A valid government-issued identification and major credit card matching the name of the primary guest on the reservation is required at check-in. A $100 security deposit (per stay) in addition to any remaining balance is due at the time of check-in. The security deposit will be released upon check-out and can take up to 7-14 business days to reflect in your account. • The resort accepts Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Discover credit cards. Pre-paid cards, checks and credit card authorization forms are not accepted. • Pets are not permitted. • No shows and early departures will not receive a refund. The entire balance (100%) will be forfeited. • You expressly understand and agree that the resort may charge your credit card for any violation of the resort’s Rules and Regulations, including but not limited to violations of the smoking and pet policies and any damages to your room or the resort caused by you or your guests. Any violation of the resort’s Rules and Regulations may result in additional fines and penalties, including but not limited to the right to remove you and your guests from the resort premises without a refund.
