The space The space is an open, loft-style plan with plenty of natural light. It is a 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom. The master bedroom is located upstairs with a queen size bed, open closet space and a desk/vanity. The full bathroom with washer and dryer is on the first floor along with the kitchen, open living space and a 2nd desk area with an adjustable standing desk. The house is equipped with Fiber wifi (1 gig, 1000 Mbps upload/download). The kitchen is fully stocked including a blender, rice maker, cooking basics and more. The front porch and deck are set up for you to enjoy as an extension of the home including a grill, outdoor dining table and fire pit. I intentionally set this space up to accommodate long-term stay guests. I want 'digital nomads' and those working from home here to feel as if they are in their own home. The fact I lived and worked from home from the Bell Bungalow myself for many years before renting it makes that an easy transition. Well, except for the cellar-like basement but there’s nothing to see down there anyway. Other things to note This property has street parking only however there is always room to park right in front of the house because all the other homes on this block have driveways. The bedroom is a lofted space that is very spacious but has slanted ceilings. I’m 5'10" and it doesn’t bother me. If it’s not for you, I understand and wanted to give you a heads up! No pun intended... The home used to have an open staircase with only 1 railing along the wall. In January 2023 we added a 2nd railing so that it is no longer open! You may see a few old pictures on the listing of the staircase without it. There are 2 new pictures showing the new set-up in there as well. I take every precaution to ensure the space is immaculately clean and sanitized in preparation for you to have a comfortable, safe visit.
