It's located in a peaceful quiet neighborhood, and has a large level private backyard, which is great for grilling, dining outside, relaxing or chilling by the fire pit. The space This house has 2 separate units, this is the top floor with it’s own separate entrance and private back deck. Both units share driveway, the fire pit and backyard. Each unit has 2 parking spaces. If you need more space for guests, you can rent the entire house by booking the downstairs unit as well, which is listed as HICKORY HOUSE TERRACE. The upper level sleeps 3, and the lower unit sleeps 4. These can be accessed by a stairwell inside the home. Otherwise the stairwell is closed off and locked. Guest access Front door private entrance, and entire unit is private, as well as the back deck. The fire pit and backyard are shared with guests below. Firewood and starter kit are provided onsite. Driveway is shared, and 2 parking spaces are provided for each unit.
