Our house is located in the quiet neighborhood of Venetian Shores, which is centered between the Atlantic Ocean and the Florida Bay, with quick and easy access to both. Founders Park, only a mile away, offers many outdoor activities including an olympic sized pool, private beach and boat ramp. You'll love the views, the private tiki with a large hot tub, and the charming tropical atmosphere. There is also a 100' dock for a boat. The space This house is charming and well maintained. The beds are comfortable, as well as the entire house, with lots of room to spread out and visit. The upstairs screened porch facing the water is a great place to enjoy your morning coffee and relax on late afternoons on the rockers. Guest access Ample parking on the long driveway, allowing for one vehicle under the carport. Another large gravel area for another car and/or boat trailer. Other things to note We do not allow pets, nor any smoking inside the premises. Any cigarette butts must be disposed of. Keep in mind that this is a quiet neighborhood with many permanent residents and we ask that the noise level/music not be disturbing to the neighbors.
