Located in a secluded, quiet cove, but only 5 minutes from Central Ave. in the popular 7 South area. This is a 1 bed(full)/1 full bath home with couches that pull out (1 queen & 1 twin), but most comfortable for no more than 2-4 guests. House includes a covered boat house (not suitable for a hard top pontoon boat due to clearance) available for use with rental. The space This space includes an open concept living room and fully stocked kitchen, two pull out couches (one queen, one twin), a private bedroom with a full bed and closet, a full bathroom with a shower/tub combo, as well as a washer/dryer. There is a boat ramp located near by and a covered boat house to store a boat during your stay as long as it is not a hard top pontoon boat due to clearance. *Note: Nov 15th-March 15, the lake is lowered and the home may not have its normal amount of water. No boat access during these time frames listed above. Guest access Guests have full access to home, private patio, and boat house. Parking is limited and road is narrow.
