Our cottage, refurbished, is located 5 minutes from Spirou Park, Wave Island Park and Lake Monteux! Quiet, in the countryside, overlooking Mont Ventoux, it can accommodate 5 people . Two bedrooms including 3 beds (1 king size bed 180, 1 140 bed and 1 single bed). Fully equipped kitchen, bathroom with shower, WC separate TV, terrace, barbecue, linen provided, air conditioning and wifi! Close to all shops and the Monteux SNCF train station (2km) The space The cottage is located next to our house on our land in the countryside. There are no neighbours nearby, so you can enjoy a quiet stay. Being on site, we will be available to inform you about the activities and walks to do in the region. On the ground floor, a large room with a kitchenette, a living room with a corner sofa and a terrace with garden furniture and barbecue. Upstairs, a bedroom with a king-size bed 180, another room with bunk beds (a 140 bed downstairs and a single bed upstairs), a bathroom with shower and a separate toilet. In the kitchen you can enjoy a dishwasher, a Dolce Gusto coffee machine, induction plates with oven, a microwave and a fridge with a freezer. You will have at your disposal soap, household products, some welcome coffee pods, sugar, salt, oil and vinegar. Possibility to have an umbrella bed at no extra cost. The cottage is rented with linen. You will be very close to the amusement parks and the lake of Monteux (4km), 20km from Avignon, 5km from Carpentras, 30km from Mont Ventoux, 15km from L'Isle sur la Sorgue, 20km from Fontaine de Vaucluse and 10km from the Avignon Nord motorway exit. The location is ideal for discovering the region! To avoid unpleasant surprises, a deposit of 50€ will be asked at the beginning of the stay for the cleaning. This 50€ will be returned to you at the end of the stay if the cleaning has been done well.
