Plain City is a charming farm town just 10 minutes from I-270, with access to Columbus and all its major suburbs. It is also 20 minutes or less from Marysville, Dublin's Bridgepark, downtown Hilliard, and the Columbus Zoo in Powell. The space This single-story home is fully equipped for your all of your needs during your stay! The kitchen is stocked with a coffee and tea station (stocked with Hemisphere coffee, a local favorite), pots, pans and bakeware for your cooking needs, and even kids dinnerware and cutlery. The kitchen and bathroom both offer eco-friendly and kid-safe products. Located just off the dining area is a game room with a Foosball table, TV, magnetic dart board and games for all ages. Popcorn is available for games and movies! There are 2 bedrooms with queen beds and one with a set of twin beds, each room with charging stations. One room also has a small work from home space. A pack-n-play and high chair are available upon request. The private fenced in back yard with fire pit is the perfect outdoor hangout space. Guest access The property allows for 2 car parking (with off street parking off of S. Chillicothe St) and offers a private fenced in backyard with firepit. The house has self check in with a smart lock, and each guest will receive their own unique code for their stay. Other things to note Ideal for your family getaway, the Small Town Retreat offers a space for 6 people, but is not appropriate for parties or large gatherings. The local police frequent the streets and neighbors have host's contact info, if any problems should arise. Smoking and vaping is not allowed.
