The apartment has its own entrance and has been recently fully remodeled. Host is onsite in upper duplex. The space The guest suite and guest garages occupy the entire first floor. The living space was thoughtfully designed and fully renovated in 2018. The suite was upgraded again in 2024, with new triple paned windows and exterior doors, and fresh paint throughout. There are two bedrooms and one bathroom with river rock flooring and a European style shower. The washer and dryer in the garage are for the exclusive use of our guests, as is the double garage. Guests have full access to the upper deck with a natural gas grill and patio set, shared with the owners.
